Our whole bean coffee is made with 100% Arabica beans, grown in Colombia’s coffee-growing regions at altitudes between 1,650 and 1,750 meters above sea level. Hand-harvested by local farming communities, the beans are fermented for 18 to 24 hours, sun-dried on raised beds, and gently washed.
