At The Daily Date Coffee, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and internationally to select countries in Latin America. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at sales@1-source.us.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
International Shipments
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. The Daily Date Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@1-source.us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
