Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. 

 

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In its original, sealed packaging 

Accompanied by proof of purchase 

 

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless the product is defective or damaged. 

How to Request a Return 

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@1-source.us with the following information: 

Your order number 

Reason for the return 

Photos of the product (if damaged or defective) 

 

Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. 

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). 

Exchanges 

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective) 

 

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@1-source.us.
